Utilizing the NXP U9/U9XE chip (EPC Class1 Gen2, ISO18000-6C), it offers 96/128-bit EPC memory. IP67 rated, it withstands 200+ wash cycles, 120°C drying, 60-minute boiling water, and 100+ 1-meter drops. Read range reaches 1.8m (fixed reader) or 0.6m (handheld). Operating temperature: -40°C to +80°C; storage: -40°C to +150°C. Data retention: 10 years; write endurance: 100,000 cycles.
