B-536
GAOFE
Overview
The B-536G high-temperature vulcanization label is designed specifically for the tire manufacturing industry and other high-heat applications. With excellent adhesion properties, it withstands the intense heat involved in the vulcanization process, offering a long-lasting, durable solution for identifying and tracking tire components. Ideal for use with both rubber and other vulcanized materials, these labels ensure reliable performance in even the most demanding environments.
Feature
High-Temperature Resistance: Capable of withstanding vulcanization temperatures from 170°C to 260°C, with short-term exposure to higher temperatures, making it perfect for automotive tire production and engine components.
Permanent Adhesion: Forms a permanent bond with the rubber or metal surface post-vulcanization, ensuring labels cannot be peeled off.
Chemical Resistance: Offers resistance to steam and vapors released during the rubber vulcanization process, including sulfur and ozone, ensuring label durability.
Print Compatibility: Compatible with thermal transfer and laser printers, ensuring that barcodes and other printed information remain scannable even after vulcanization.
Material: White PET substrate (125U), offering robust durability with no adhesive residue after heat application.
Matte Finish: Provides a glare-free surface, optimizing the label’s readability for automated visual inspection in production lines.
Application :
Tire Manufacturing: Ideal for high-temperature vulcanization processes in tire factories. The label remains firmly attached during and after the curing process.
Engine Components: Suitable for labeling components exposed to high temperatures, such as those found in automotive and engine manufacturing.
Rubber Parts: Can be applied to various rubber products that undergo heat treatment, ensuring strong adhesion and clear labeling through the vulcanization process.
Optimal Printing Solutions
Recommended Ribbons:
GAOFE TR4133 Vulcanized Resin Ribbon(https://www.dggaofe.com/GAOFE-TR4133-Resin-Ribbons-for-Vulcanized-Labels-Reliable-Long-Lasting-pd557183948.html)
Superior Temperature Resistance,Withstands continuous exposure to 200°C+ environments
Exceptional Adhesion Performance,Achieves ≥3N/inch bond strength post-vulcanization
Recommended Printer
Zebra ZT610 Industrial Printer (600DPI)
1.Wide Thickness Compatibility:
Supports labels from 0.06–0.51mm, ideal for thick vulcanized labels (typically 0.2–0.4mm), preventing jams or print pressure issues.
2. 600DPI Ultra-High Resolution:
Delivers crisp text, high-density barcodes
3.Fast Printing Without Compromise:
Up to 14 IPS (356 mm/s) speeds maintain efficiency for bulk tire label production.
