In the final stage of tire manufacturing, PP tread labels are precisely applied to designated positions on finished tire treads using automated equipment. The labels are immediately printed with visible information and encrypted QR codes containing the manufacturer code, unique serial number, production date (accurate to hour and batch number), and specifications. This design enables rapid verification of tire identity, batch traceability, and digital inventory management during warehousing, outbound loading, and distributor acceptance—all through top-side scanning without needing to locate sidewall markings.
